    • The validity period is based on calendar days (00:00–23:59), not a 24-hour cycle. If you use your pass on April 1, one valid day will be deducted after 23:59 on April 1, regardless of use time
    • Please be aware that each attraction can be visited only once using the Pass
    • Once an order is confirmed, requests for changes or upgrades cannot be accommodated. Please consider this before making a booking
    • Free cancellation applies only to “unused” passes

      Printed Voucher:

      • Access your order confirmation email, click the provided link, and download the e-voucher for printing

      Use Go City App:

      1. Open the KKday e-voucher and click the link “To use the app, please follow your unique link”
      2. Enter your email address on the page
      3. Download the Go City App (iOS, Android)
      4. Launch the Go City App, select the relevant city based on your pass, and click on the “My Passes” icon
      5. Enter your email address and order verification code

      *If encountering difficulties at step 4, refresh the page or restart from step 2

      Important Notes:

      • If purchasing multiple passes simultaneously, you can enter different emails at step 2 to sync passes to various devices. Keep QR Code numbers distinct to prevent accidental overlap
