This Legal Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) is a supplementary document to the Travel Asia Holidays Sdn. Bhd. Service Agreement (“Agreement”).
By engaging with Travel Asia Holidays Sdn. Bhd. (“Company”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Scope of Services

This Disclaimer applies to the use of the following services provided by Travel Asia Holidays Sdn. Bhd.:

Group flight ticket booking services (for local travel agencies and individuals)
Room, house, and apartment rentals (without deposit)
Event management services, including MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)
Tour packages and e-ticket sales for theme parks and other attractions
Other related travel services, including transportation arrangements

Liability & Reliability

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Travel Asia Holidays Sdn. Bhd. cannot guarantee the absence of errors or omissions.
Information provided is compiled from both internal and external sources and is subject to change without notice.
Travel Asia Holidays Sdn. Bhd. acts solely as a booking/travel agent and is not responsible for the actions or services of third-party vendors, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transport providers.

Disclaimer of Damages

By using our website or services, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks, including but not limited to:

Exposure to viruses, malware, or harmful software
Inaccuracies or outdated content
Service disruptions caused by vendors or third parties

Travel Asia Holidays Sdn. Bhd., its employees, affiliates, and contractors shall not be liable for:

Direct or indirect damages
Loss of revenue, profits, or data
Incidental, special, or consequential damages

This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Special Notice to Customers

All bookings are subject to changes in price imposed by vendors or government authorities, even after deposit or full payment.
Customers must adhere to the terms and cancellation policies of all third-party vendors, regardless of notice or awareness.
Travel Asia Holidays Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any disputes arising from third-party policies.

Indemnity Clause

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travel Asia Holidays Sdn. Bhd., its employees, and affiliates from:

Any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your use of our services
Breaches of this Disclaimer or the Agreement
Any property or personal damage caused by your actions

This indemnity applies to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluding cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the company.

Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer and the Agreement are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. A valid provision will replace the unenforceable one, closely reflecting the original intent.

Entire Agreement

This Disclaimer, together with the Service Agreement, constitutes the full agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements, whether written or oral.

Acknowledgment

By engaging with Travel Asia Holidays Sdn. Bhd., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms in this Legal Disclaimer.
